Four packing tips
Distribute the weight
Books and dishes quickly make boxes heavy. Pack small amounts together with light items such as clothing.
Protect fragile items
Wrap delicate items individually in packing or tissue paper. If you use newspaper, be aware that ink may transfer. Mark the box as fragile.
Do not overload
Do not fill heavy boxes to the brim, and make sure they can still be carried comfortably.
Label the destination room
Write the destination room on each box. For borrowed boxes, write on tape on top to avoid marking the cardboard. Check the return conditions.
