2. Role of the operator (intermediary)
The platform enables customers to submit moving requests and registered moving companies (“service providers”) to respond to them.
We act solely as an intermediary. We do not provide moving services (unless expressly stated otherwise) and are not a party to the moving contract between the customer and the service provider.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- Information must be accurate and up to date.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential.
- The operator may suspend accounts in cases of misuse or breaches.
4. Rules for customers
Customers agree to:
- Submit only genuine and truthful requests
- Not submit unlawful content or spam
- Communicate respectfully
- Not misuse contact details
5. Rules for service providers
Service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate company information and keep it up to date
- Make transparent offers without hidden fees
- Comply with legal requirements (trade licences, insurance, etc.)
- Use customer data only to prepare offers / provide services
- Not harass customers or misuse data
The operator may request evidence (such as a VAT identification number or company register documentation) and remove profiles in the event of quality or compliance problems.
6. Offers, communication and reviews
- Offers originate exclusively from service providers.
- The service provider is responsible for the price, schedule and scope of services.
- Where reviews are available, they must be truthful and objective; unlawful content may be removed.
7. Fees (where applicable)

8. Prohibited use

Features may be changed, restricted or discontinued at any time. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- No liability for acts, omissions or the quality of services provided by service providers
- No liability for disputes between customers and service providers
- No liability for indirect losses (such as loss of profits), unless mandatory law provides otherwise
Mandatory liability under Austrian law remains unaffected.
11. Termination
Users may stop using the platform at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or for security or legal reasons.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
